The gentleman at this location was incredible! All of my interactions before were abysmal to the point I couldn’t believe uhaul was a functioning company, this man turned everything around! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! I would recommend this location to anyone with five stars!

Violet HExtremely helpful and pleasant. Fine young men willing to help in any way they could. I appreciated their support.
Souhail SOverall, the customer service was friendly, the equipment I requested was available, and the rental process itself was smooth and straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the truck when I picked it up. The cargo area was not clean, although I didn’t think much of it at the time because I assumed the previous renter may not have had time to clean it before returning it. What concerned me more was that there was a section on the upper-right exterior of the truck that had been repaired with duct tape. Since this was my first time renting a U-Haul, I trusted that any existing damage had already been documented by the pickup location. My wife and I only performed a basic inspection, checking the tires and dashboard for any warning lights, believing the rest had already been recorded. When I returned the truck, Mike informed me that the duct-taped damage was not documented in the system and that I could potentially be held responsible if the pickup location could not confirm that the damage existed before my rental. Hearing that was shocking. My heart sank because I had trusted that the vehicle had been properly inspected and documented before it was handed over to me. Now I’m left hoping that the pickup location accurately confirms that the damage was already present. This experience taught me an important lesson: never assume previous damage has been documented, even if it appears obvious. Take photos and videos of the entire vehicle before leaving the lot and make sure every scratch, dent, or repair is noted on the rental agreement. I hope this issue is resolved fairly, but I also hope my experience helps other first-time renters avoid finding themselves in the same situation.
