I left messages TWICE at North East Limo trying to get information about renting a trailer and was NOT called back. I then turned to the 1-800 number and got Amazing Service from Angie!! She is an asset to your business!! You Must Keep Her! We picked up and dropped off the trailer with no problem. We will rent from UHaul again when we need it.
Avery EYou must open your business 7 days a week to serve your customers in their days off usually in the weekends.
Edgardo PCab was not very clean. Lots of pet hair and windows were dirty.
Michael DEnsure the equipment is cleaned when it is returned. There is very little customer service
