it is hard to see this location being open so late in the morning. especially when you move, you need all the time in the world to get going. the service was great and helpful! easy to make adjustments and requests.
Jonathan BI have used uHaul services many times before. But this was the first time that I used mobile pick up. I had trouble with the app during both pick up and drop off. So I will try not to use the mobile pick up again. During Pick up, it wasn’t detecting my location even though I gave app full permission from the phone setting. During dropoff, I couldn’t upload the photo.
