The brakes in the uhaul are odd consistantly even pressure and suddenly they reacted like I slammed on them offsetting my load a few times. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the mirror one was too high I could only seen cars in the bottom mirror the other I couldn't see past the rear drivers tire.CHAcE G.

U Haul has Unbelievably Terrible system!! i was disgusted. the fuel was below 25% and i noticed that after i drove it about 200 meters, and came back and showed the dispach, she talked to somebody from the u haul & they told her its their system that i have to bring the fuel back to where it was, i agree with that but if its 25% its not enough..so i have to fuel befor i use it which is weird! the easiest thing is to start up with a full gas and who ever use it they should full it. that way people will fill up the exact amount they used. So i requested truck change, they said they cant change it because i drove it outside the yard. and requested to cancel, they said yes it can be canceled but we will still charge you the $95 ($80 rental + $15 insurance). so no choise i took it again to use it and then it started to rain i decided to clean the windshild with the washer fluid..but no windshild washer fluid! not even a drop.. it dried out. totaly unsafe!Getnet B.

Between booking my truck and moving day my reservation was changed several times. Other than that I had a great experience but it would have been nice to have a concrete booking at least a few days in advance. Until 48 hours prior to my move I wasn't even guaranteed a truck and 24 hours prior to moving my booking times were still be adjusted.Hannah R.

I specifically asked for the black foot uhaul as my return location, but was given the furthest possible drop off location in the city. The Blackfoot uhaul is walking distance from where I live, but I guess it was nice to spend 2 hours driving through rush hour traffic around Calgary :)Brock H.
Trailer driving lights were not working, door latch on next trailer was broken. I was told to take it or leave it. The excuse they had was the last guy who rented it nvr told them it was broken. Do you not have a post rental inspection system. I had a discount code from my last bad rental experience and i put it when i booked online and they said it wasnt there. Overall i will not be using uhaul again unless i have no other optionAustin H.

Location again overcharged and then expected me to contact 1-800 customer service to get back the excess charges. On reaching the location, it was not easy to get the truck (rate mismatch, keys lost, congested location that would not allow the truck to be pulled out. One good thing I found is that two employees were willing to help get the truck out while picking up the alternate truck.ALBERTA L.
I reserved four days ago. I got a confirmation for the truck etc. And they called me the day of pick up that they change the unit. Then at the tagainova office when i drop off the key, poor customer service they let me wait for almost 40mins, the guy didnt even know how to print the receipt and the lady wouldnt even help him. The service was very slow as there was only one person working and she was busier dispatching united class cabs then she was processing my paperwork. It took us an hour and five minutes to pick up the trailer. The parking lot is extremely tight for moving around and for an inexperience driver that can be a challenge.Julius P.
