MARTHA WI didn’t actually meet anybody because I used after hours drop off. The process was simple. I was not able to upload my photos due to bad signal. But there was a way around it.

anthony rWilliam is very helpful. He finds the best answers for us every time. The other U-Hauls along highway 27 in this are are good. I would use any of them if William weren't available. But North Street is more helpful, engaged and resourceful.

MIKE BUhaul corporate needs to fix verification methods and phone service wait times. They are awful. I wasted 3 hours just getting hold of and fix the live verification method. My order should be comped and I should receive a full refund.
ZACHARY TThe entire process of renting and turning in the truck was a pain, it took us over an HOUR to get the truck keys. This is mostly because everything is done on a phone app, and theres no wifi, and barely a signal. Pages that would have taken less than a second to load were taming several minutes. connection lost, cant find page, connection timed out etc. It was also saying i wasnt in the lot, to turn on location services, but they were on. It said to look for a barcode, there was no barcode. Called the number, and was told after being on hold 20 minutes that oh this place has its OWN number we need to call, so another long wait. Then the lady tried to tell me the internet didnt run off of wifi, and lack of wifi wouldnt make the stuff slow. I said i took a picture like the app asked, and its showing the picture, but wont load. she said to check if my camera services were on. completely useless. Another group was there trying to pick up a truck and they couldnt get anywhere either. I finally got the keys, and drove it to the gas station where they had wifi and the rest only took a few seconds. Was extremely late to my appointment as I didnt calculate this simple transaction as somethign that would take over an hour. Then when I got back, I had the same issues because no internet, and it had to be done on site. Cherry on the cake, they tried to recharge me for the entire fee at the end even though id prepaid almost 100$ AVOID unless you like being annoyed and late.

SCOTT B2 hours for mobile Pick up. No ramp. Lied about the price. Cost me $391 plus $40 in gas to go little over 200 miles round trip. Who would want a moving truck with no ramp? Hurt my back. Yall screwed me. It's my turn now. Have Lawyer. Uhaul gon pay me n my medical bills. How ba da?
Thomas PPickup was a mess. Got sent to 2 different places and wound up with a bigger truck than I reserved. Truck was absolutely filthy in the cab. Food debris everywhere. And barely made it to a gas station after I picked it up. Due to the issues picking up the truck my reservation was canceled and re-done by a uhaul rep. That canceled my movers. Uhaul can kiss my country ass. I’ll definitely go with ANYBODY else from now on.

Marilyn MUhaul was dirty in the cargo area. I had to take time out of my life to clean it. Maybe put the key box in the center instead on having to walk clear across from the parking lot! The brass gas cap cut my husband and myself, multiple times as we filled up several times, along the way. Absolutely uncalled for! We will never rent from uhaul again there are to many hidden cost to this company!
Casey Cthe brake lights and turn signal lights were operable, but the tail lights were not. we found it necessary to follow with another vehicle during the evening hours.
RICHARD NWilliams was very clear on the whole process and very accommodating considering it was Thanksgiving, not many people or companies like this. Will only use this location.

lynne SMy key was not in the lockbox, the cab was dirty and had spilled soda in it, and my gas tank was at 1/8th. When I returned my van, I filled it up to ABOVE 1/8th and Uhaul still charged me for gas. I have used Uhaul many times before, and this was by far my worst experience.
JONATHAN HThe customer service I received from this location was beyond exceptional!! William was his name, I believe. I had terrible phone service most of the time and couldn't hear him at times, but he made sure to text me and make sure everything went smoothly. He went above and beyond what was expected. Thanks to him for making my move much less stressful.

paul mDrop off location was very crappy. The guy was very very disrespectful. There was a ton of uhaul equipment on the property and he was trying to tell me they do no business with the public. The guy was idiot. I told him I was just trying to drop off my uhaul equipment and he acted like he didn't care what so ever. My God if uhaul is paying this guy I need to get uhaul equipment on my property because if he can do it my 3 year old daughter can. I will never do that again
AMY AThey didn’t leave me a key so I couldn’t get the van but they decided to charge me $116 anyway….I had to rent a van from another location and pay for that one also. I think I got scammed.
Nathan AI was going to return the trailer on Thursday but it was closed. only discovered on arrival. when i came back next day, I had to find the person to turn it in. I was instructed to park it and they would come out and check it in. i parted the trailer where instructed and went in the building but could not find the attendant. I had to leave. only until UHAUL contacted me the trailer was delinquent did I find out it wasn't checked in. after team involvement, this got done along with a registered letter sent to me. Created undue stress.
Marshall MHad a hard time doing a self pickup. I could not get a signal until I just happened to get close to the building then the app registered I was there and I was able to proceed. The pickup ended up taking 35-40 minute.
John RNo one was there, uhaul sent me to a different place that had nothing to do with uhaul
mary wThe U-Haul overheated on the way back to the drop off location. Previous to that, I filled up the gas tank to more than it’s original half full tank and the gas gauge did not move. I provided that information in the comments when I submitted my return as well as disagreed with the additional charges resulted because the gas gauge did not reflect what it was when I picked it up. Even though I filled the tank up. Also, I called a representative who said they forwarded this to their supervisor and I would be receiving a call from them soon and that I should not be charged because things like this happen and are beyond my control. Not only did I never receive a call from anyone, but my card was charged additional fees without my consent and now I am in the negative. I’m currently holding now to speak with a representative and request to speak with a supervisor. If this is not corrected, I will never use this company again. I always use U-Haul for my moving needs and I am so disappointed in the way this situation was mishandled. I did what I was suppose to do and filled the tank with more than what it was supposed to have when I picked it up and now I’m out of that money as well as this extra money all because the gas gauge did not move. I just moved into my new place with a toddler and now I have no money until my next payday. I hope this is resolved immediately.

Henry Nhave the key returned box visible so that customers who are returning the rental will be able to see where to retuned the key. because when I returned the rental I couldn't find the key returned box because it was hiding between some trees and didn't notice it till after I was leaving the parking lot. otherwise everything was great.
Eddie EIt took over a hr to rent the truck because the cell signal was so weak there. You need to make sure wifi is available. At the pick up station. Thanks
