Earl RI wish I could rate the U-Haul experience separately because that was 1 star. This location was great, and the people I spoke to many times were nice, but the overall U-Haul experience sucked this time.
FREDERICK CPrior to using the U-Haul it was in good shape then it started raining… The roof was leaking and ruined our dresser. Which they proceeded to send roadside out that couldn’t even guarantee it would be fixed correctly and they wouldn’t provide us with a new truck.
