The weather stripping around the drivers side window was barely on. If it had been raining hard, I may have gotten soaked. I also had to knock on the driver’s side headlight to get it to come on. I just feel I was rented a bad truck.

LAWRENCE SKeep Miss Elisabeth! Over 3 years ago I rented a truck and 2 storage units, kept them for a year, cleaned one out and kept the second for nearly 2 years. And through all that, rented a truck twice more, including cleaning out my 2nd unit before 01/01/25, and it was a simple 3+years because of Miss Elizabeth….id keep her at all costs! Thanks again U-HAUL!!!!

SAMUEL SThey charged my account after I returned the truck with outrageous reasons . Fuel service fee , cleaning fee. Plus gas .! Not to mention the unused miles they said I used. I used it in one short trip. Rented and returned all in the same day.
Harley HIt's not the location it's the process of renting or changing the reservation. They wouldn't even provide us a drop off location. This caused me to go over my mileage bc one of the uhaul drop off did not accept 26 ft trucks. Therefore I had to locate another location. I was told that I had 68 miles only to find out at drop off they only gave me 50 miles

I highly recommend this U-Haul location at 4400 N Henry Blvd in Stockbridge.

JOSEPH MThe app is especially glitchy for rental returns and crashes constantly, even though the customer is required to supply 3-5 photos (fuel level, mileage, inside the cab, drivers side rear, passenger side, parked location). It makes checking out 10-20 minutes longer than necessary.

Loraine CGas cap on truck was broken. Nobody there at 5pm on a weekday and closed on a Saturday. Uhaul app is buggy and when there’s no human present to check in the truck it’s difficult to ensure there will be no vandalism to the truck after I leave it. Until these problems are corrected our company will not use this location any further. We rent weekly and need dependable customer service.

Nancy R | Overall ExperienceI would not recommend this place because they have a real bad rodent problem. My things had rat droppings all over them. I had to discard items that weren't in bags or boxes (5 comforters and 10 reams of copy paper). If it wasn't for that, I would recommend.
