I needed a smaller vehicle at the 19,99 price. One was on the lot but I was advised it was not usable. consequently, I had to go the a larger, more expensive truck at $29,99 (per day). The manager claimed he had no jurisdiction over the price, even though I needed it for just about 5 hours to pull a U-haul trailer (also rented). As a repeat customer I had hoped he would be more understanding with the price.

Tire was flat and a lot of water in the bed of the truck. I had to add air to the tire and didn’t get no reimbursement for that. I still don’t have my money from the hold on my account as well

I was first told to drop off the tow dolly at 60-a-bellamy ct in stockbridge 30281. This is a Penske rental location! I then found an actual U-haul location to return the item. They refused to take the tow dolly. This was the location at 4168 North Henry. I eventually dropped it off at North Henry Storage. This is the second time I have taken a u haul rental to a u haul dealer and been refused service. Perhaps I should have just went to Penske from the start.

The truck was a newer truck so no complaints there. My issue is the way the odomter calculates your miles. It tallied me up for 30 miles. I know under no shape, form, or fashion that I drove 30 miles. Actually it may have been right at 20 miles. So I called to let a representative know that I realized the trucks are manipulated and he told me that he would give me a call back. I never received a call back and I checked my account to see two transcations deducted from them instead of one. They have them trucks altered tp get more money out of you. Overall just a bad experience

Very nice and helpful staff. However, whoever is in control of notifications and scheduling needs to be aware of their store hours. Do not confirm an 8 a.m. pick up with customers when the store does not open until 9 a.m.

Upon trying to pick up my U-Haul truck the code did not work for after 2 hour pick up had to call client service they finally got me in the system after taking the little test ya'll said that I failed which I don't know how cuz I'm not colorblind and it was at dark I stood under a light took pictures of my driver's license make a long story short I didn't get my truck on time therefore my move was pushed back therefore I had to pay extra cost for another truck had to pay extra cost for the moving Men this was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul I would not recommend y'all if this is the way you're going to treat people because I was on the phone with customer service about this little test of y'all's and the man hung up on me not a happy camper.
