john cI would like to recognize the amazing customer service I received at the pick-up location. Unfortunately, I forgot the front desk representative’s name, but she truly went above and beyond. She took the time to explain the differences between the moving dollies, walked me out to the truck, and made sure I fully understood how to operate everything and where the equipment was located. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
