The mobile check in process what a disaster, the app would not work, it sent me in a loop to pick up my truck. There was someone working at the location I went in to ask for help and if they could rent it out to me since they were at the shop and he said "no, he isn't trained on it, the person who is does not work weekends and I need to sign in through the app" even after expressing the app was not working. After struggling with the process I called the number where I was informed the app was not working and to try the browser. I was messing with the check in process for almost an hour, outside in northern Maine during the winter. Terrible process, terrible service. Would not recommend especially the pick up location the employee was less than useful.
Chris RWould prefer longer hours. Location closes at 4:00. Owner was excellent to work with, was responsive and answered all my questions. Transaction was great!
