Yes I kept the rental last my original order date, but I had my card on file and in my defense, I was out behind because of u haul.. the night I picked the rental up, they waited until I had been dropped off to the truck, in the freezing cold thinking oh of course I'm good to go. And when I tried to check in to my reservation, they tried to tell me I couldn't get my truck that my account that was brand new, had restrictions and is have to come back during business hours.. theymessed me around so long that I was standing in the freezing cold for over an hour RIGHT BESIDE the truck I had reserved and the customer service representative hung up on me . Then I tried to email them about me having the truck longer, and then the cold weather literally froze the back door of the truck closed so I couldn't even use it for a couple days because I wasn't tlatrong enough to get it to let loose.. they then came and got the truck from the address I had obviously listed in my account, after I had worked at night so I was in a dead shell.. so they charged me for a new key, even though I definitely have their key and could easily give it to them if they even attempted to get in touch with customers, and charged me for a find fee or something... Even though, I definitely had the uhaul at the listed address... And I paid for safe move insurance.. so what was the point in me paying for that if they are still charging me these crazy fees that equal over $1,000 for a rental that was SUPPOSED to be $20 originally, even though they originally charged me $66 for some reason...

Very helpful people in the office as I hadd a lot of questions and they were very kind and patient. The Manager made sure I knew where my unit was and helped me with the door and made sure everything was secure as this is my first time using storage.

Arrived to pick up trailer early, because I did not know if the checkout would take a long time. Checkout went smoothly and only took a few minutes. Next day I arrived 22 minutes latter. They charged me for a whole extra day.

With professionalism going down the tubes quickly in this time following COVID-19, this business is stellar. Customer service and professionalism were excellent. The employees were helpful and customer focused. They also dressed professionally as well. The dress standard has decreased across the last few uhaul experiences we have had. One lady that we rented from in Defuniak Springs Florida came out in a see through dress with no shoes! This business in Huntsville far exceeded our expectations.

The storage unit size I needed was available when I needed to store a lot of things after moving my Mom from a large house to a smaller house that didn’t have room for everything she owned. I rented the unit longer than anticipated but never had an issue. Everyone in the office was very polite and helpful. The unit was easy to get to and monitored with security cameras at all times. If I ever have a need for storage again I’ll use this facility again.

EXCELLENT customer service! I maintained a storage unit here for 4 years while my daughters attended college. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I had contacted a few other storage facilities before I called here. Even though it was close to closing time, the representative took the time to answer all of my questions. I decided that this was the place that I wanted to rent from so I told them I was on my way to sign the forms. I was not familiar with the city therefore I got lost and then stuck in traffic. I called them back and they told me no problem that they could start the application on the phone and wait at the office till I arrived. Upon arrival (which was after office hours) I was greeted professionally and shown my new storage unit. I am so glad that I rented from this location because I received stellar service my entire stay.

The inside of the UHaul truck cab that I rented was dirty. An employee of this location should have hosed down the inside of the truck cab. The employee that I dealt with was okay, but he sure wasn't excited about his job or renting a truck. He did help me put my friend's ID into the system, since my friend had sent me his Driver's License, but he could not be there at the Rental Pick Up Location.

Unfortunately, this location didn’t have a hand truck/dolly available to rent. Had to go to another location to rent a dolly. The truck had candy wrappers in the floor and other debris. Truck should've been checked and cleaned prior to me picking up.

The equipment itself was excellent and the people at North Parkway Mini Storage were extremely helpful and friendly! I have suggestions for The U-Haul online system. If this message only goes to North Parkway Mini Storage, I apologize. I used my phone number to reserve the truck. When I tried to log in to the app using my phone number, it sent the code to my dad's phone number. I never entered my dad's phone number into anything. Once I got in, it says "Welcome Michael" (my dad's name) and has a history of trucks that my dad reserved in the past. My truck was under active reservations. Then, I tried to pick up the truck through the app. It would begin loading, then crash back to the start screen for the app. I had to ask the people at North Parkway Mini Storage to handle getting my reservation for me even though they were about to leave for the day. Please employ proper QA testing for your application development process. I should not be able to access someone else's account purely because I share the same last name as them. I should also be able to pick up my truck in the app without it crashing. I was lucky employees happened to be at North Parkway Mini Storage at that time.

I definitely recommend North Parkway Mini storage. I have used them for over 10 years . I would continue to use them but due to some circumstances that come up I had to cut back on some Bill's. In the future if I need to have a storage unit again I will definitely come back to them . It's a nice place, it is very secure, the rates are good and staff is very nice.

The clerk didn’t want to help connect the trailer to my vehicle and it’s located in a cell dead zone…hard to use the U-Haul tools without bandwidth!

Motor sounded like it was going to die the whole time. Incredibly loud. Probably an exhaust leak. The steering was awful. Completely dead on center and twitchy off center. The app is garbage and the location service never works. Was not able to properly check in the vehicle returning after store hours.

North Parkway Mini Storage prices are lower than others I compared with. One thing that stands out is they check the storage units and if one is left unlocked, they contact you to let you know.

Being a travel nurse I didn’t have any problems for the years I’ve been traveling with my stuff in storage. The area is safe and secure. Wish you were locked into your price though b/c within the last year or so both storages prices kept going up. Other than that I would use them again.

The truck was trash, nasty. The truck stunk, drove horrible and was filthy. I spent over 30 minutes cleaning the cab and it was still bad. I don't think the handles, steering wheel or seats had ever been wiped off. The cup holders had a sticky substance in the bottom. The vents were falling out of the dash. There was a strong fuel smell. The truck drove so rough that my watch thought I was working out while driving. I rented a larger truck last year and it drove so much smoother and easier.

Excellent customer service! LeAnn was quick ,efficient and friendly. I think the manager's name is Ken. He took the time to show me the best way to get to my storage room. He made sure that my passcode worked. However, before I went to my storage unit he took the time to make sure it was ready for me to move my items in. I recommend this place for your storage and moving needs.

I dropped off the 20' Uhaul truck. I took photos of the mileage, gas gauge, and inside truck (for documentation). The employee did not want to see the odometer reading, gas tank gauge, nor photo of inside of truck. He said he would email me a receipt. I have not received it yet, but they are very quick to send out an email to review them. Shouldn't they complete the transaction before requesting a review? Not the way to run a business if you expect a good review.

When we had to move Momma's household goods into storage, we were very lucky N. Parkway Mini-Storage had an opening in the climate controlled section. We never had any issues for the well over a year time we had things stored and everything looks just like the day we put it there.

I haven’t received the amount due back to me and I figured that takes time on my bank accounts end BUT I HATE they charge WAY to much for mileage and gas is 4 dollars and it takes ALOT to FILL UP. Every 2 hours or so. I had to take a trip to Indiana from Alabama and back and in gas alone it cost me close to 500 dollars and it almost had cost me close to 1200 for the rental alone and I’m only expecting maybe 34 dollars back I didn’t estimate in mileage

Everything inside the vehicle was covered in dog hair. The cup holders were covered in grime. It was disgusting & unacceptable. The pick up location said it was “nothing they could do” and directed me to the 1800 number. I had to buy blankets to place over the seats do my husband wouldn't have an allergic reaction. U-Haul did refund me $50 of the $200 total.

I wanted to rent a trailer from Fayetteville Tn. U-haul website said no trailers were available for the dates I requested. After renting trailer in Alabama, when I got to Fayetteville Tn I passed 2 U-haul location that had the same trailer I had rented. Those trailers were on the lot all week while I was in Fayetteville. I had to drive 25 miles out of the way to rent a trailer that was available in Fayetteville. Not happy with your system.

Tried to return vehicle after hours but the app was not working tried to call U-Haul and was on hold for 1hr before phone disconnected. Tried going through website instead of app and finally was able to return. Definitely improve app or have a notice to try website if app doesn't work.

Our climate-controlled unit preserved photos, clothing, portraits, and household items like new for 5 years. We never saw a bug or a rodent. My only complaint is that there is no lighting within the individual units; the hallway lighting is adequate since the units are open on top, but sometimes I needed a flashlight due to the dimness.
