Second time storing at this location. Will use it again if need arises.
James C | Overall ExperienceEasy to sign up and easy to end lease. Management is helpful and cares about customer service. The light in my unit didn't work, didn't care enough to report it, just inconveniet when it was dark. There is a large sink in the asphalt in one of the lanes. Some cars and trailers could bottom out on it.
KYLE B | Overall ExperienceVERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF...Pleasure to rent from
BRENDA M | Overall ExperienceA place to put your junk and forget about it. As long as you pay your bill. And that just what I did for 3 years at North parkway mini storage. And I would still have that crap piled up there if I could keep the payments up but I got cancer and now all my money is used for this! I never had any problems and my stuff wasn't infested when we moved it so that's a win! And Dave couldn't be a more helpful staff person! TY DAVE!
HARRY L | Overall ExperienceThe lady and guy in the office were friendly and it was an easy process to move in and move out went my place was ready. Always lit up when I went to my unit especially at night. I didn't get the crazy rate increases my cousin at another place kept on getting.
Laquita R | Overall ExperienceNice guys in the office, clean place, lots of lights, and Manager would stop by to see how everything was going so it seems like they keep an eye on things.
DARRIN B | Overall ExperienceI rented a unit here and couldn’t be happier with the service. The property is spotless, well-lit, and feels very safe. The guy in the office was professional, responsive, and goes out of his way to make the process stress-free. Prices were fair as I shopped around quite a bit. I highly recommend this facility for reliable, hassle-free storage.

JAYLON M | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit size I needed was available when I needed to store a lot of things after moving my Mom from a large house to a smaller house that didn’t have room for everything she owned. I rented the unit longer than anticipated but never had an issue. Everyone in the office was very polite and helpful. The unit was easy to get to and monitored with security cameras at all times. If I ever have a need for storage again I’ll use this facility again.
TERESA P | Overall ExperienceEXCELLENT customer service! I maintained a storage unit here for 4 years while my daughters attended college. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I had contacted a few other storage facilities before I called here. Even though it was close to closing time, the representative took the time to answer all of my questions. I decided that this was the place that I wanted to rent from so I told them I was on my way to sign the forms. I was not familiar with the city therefore I got lost and then stuck in traffic. I called them back and they told me no problem that they could start the application on the phone and wait at the office till I arrived. Upon arrival (which was after office hours) I was greeted professionally and shown my new storage unit. I am so glad that I rented from this location because I received stellar service my entire stay.

EUGENE M | Overall ExperienceI definitely recommend North Parkway Mini storage. I have used them for over 10 years . I would continue to use them but due to some circumstances that come up I had to cut back on some Bill's. In the future if I need to have a storage unit again I will definitely come back to them . It's a nice place, it is very secure, the rates are good and staff is very nice.
PAULETTE H | Overall ExperienceVery clean and convenient. Only complaints were the light in my unit did not work and the gate was left open almost always during the day. I would rent from here again. Move in and out was very easy.

Angela J | Overall ExperienceOur climate-controlled unit preserved photos, clothing, portraits, and household items like new for 5 years. We never saw a bug or a rodent. My only complaint is that there is no lighting within the individual units; the hallway lighting is adequate since the units are open on top, but sometimes I needed a flashlight due to the dimness.
