The staff was very professional and helpful. Both the staff that helped me check out the 20’ track and the staff that helped me check the truck back in.

Back of the box trailer was dirty the person before me must have moved a paper shredder and left all the paper particles behind for me and my move. started up the truck and the fuel light was on it said 1/4 of tank but the fuel light was on. So, then I spent the first 45 minutes trying to download the photos of the truck and they would not load so I called to ask them what to do because the guy here left the office and was out checking lockers. So, then I go and get gas at the closest gas station because didn't want to run out. I could not delete my app quick enough when I got home. I think you set the location up to fail, or they have no business renting trucks out.

You just sent me the receipt and I want a refund this is the worst experience I've ever had renting any kind of vehicle ever it's unsafe as I left in detailed note when I return the keys, the vehicle didn't start most of the time losing me 3 1/2 hours of the six hour rental sitting around waiting to try and get help to get it to start. You're outrageous.
