Fix your computer system. I took the extra time to come in a few days before I needed the truck to get everything set up. Then, I followed the instructions on the app and uploaded my driver's licenses and accepted all the forms and such the day before. When I arrived at the location to pick up the truck, the person at the desk was having trouble with the customer before me and could not figure out how to finish with his truck rental. When it was my turn, she kept asking me for additional names of people to add to the contract claiming it was the computer system and, while she was trying to help, she seemed totally flustered and we had to then call tech support, wait on hold, and eventually I got my truck. I just wish she would have said that there is a computer problem and then called the appropriate person to fix it. The total time I spent renting the truck was about two hours. For all this advertising about renting using just an app, this was the most frustrating and inefficient experience that I have had in a long time.

The corporate office needs to make sure that their franchisees have equipment and their trucks are available, and the places that they need to have them available instead of running around to create more mileage and hidden fees. I will never encourage anybody to use U-Haul again!

WENDELL PBack of the box trailer was dirty the person before me must have moved a paper shredder and left all the paper particles behind for me and my move. started up the truck and the fuel light was on it said 1/4 of tank but the fuel light was on. So, then I spent the first 45 minutes trying to download the photos of the truck and they would not load so I called to ask them what to do because the guy here left the office and was out checking lockers. So, then I go and get gas at the closest gas station because didn't want to run out. I could not delete my app quick enough when I got home. I think you set the location up to fail, or they have no business renting trucks out.

SONJA BYou just sent me the receipt and I want a refund this is the worst experience I've ever had renting any kind of vehicle ever it's unsafe as I left in detailed note when I return the keys, the vehicle didn't start most of the time losing me 3 1/2 hours of the six hour rental sitting around waiting to try and get help to get it to start. You're outrageous.
