I have had great experiences with both gentlemen who have helped me at the Telshor location. Very polite and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. This is the only location I will go to in Las Cruces

Donald SI spent 30 minutes trying to get my rental after setting it up for an app-based pick up. Upon arriving to the facility the app told me that this specific facility did not allow that to take place and that I would need to speak to somebody. Unfortunately, the building that was clearly marked U-Haul pick up which had all the U-Haul in front of it had nobody there. I called the U-Haul number and they said it was a specific type of facility and needed to transfer me to another facility. The facility said they tried to call the person on hand and couldn’t get hold of anybody, so was trying to get me a U-Haul from another facility somewhere in town. During this time, a gentleman was picking up Mail and said that the main building I need to go to was in a different part of the building, which is also labeled U-Haul. So long story short, I wasted 30 minutes of my time going to facility Mark U-Haul talking to two different people on the telephone before finally getting my rental. I think I should be compensated somehow, for my time, since the labeling of the facility was poor at least.
Kevin JBack up cameras on the 20’-26’ trucks would be nice, and i'm sure would lead to less damage overall.

John MI returned my trailer after hours so I can't speak to the customer service. The facility grounds were well maintained and the app for self service returning the trailer was easy to use.

THOMAS EThe location wasn't open during it's stated hours, drop off in a very small area, telephone support to change the drop off location was terrible and multiple phone calls were just not answered or cut off, and the Uhaul app was difficult to use when attempting to take pictures for an unattended drop-off.

Paul DI wish you would make dropping off easier. It's so hard to tell when and where you will want to drop off a trailer when you are traveling across country. Doing self dropoff should be allowed at any UHaul location within like 50 miles of where you think you want to drop it off.

Wayne SI've used this location numerous times for pick-up and drop-off. They;re friendly & fantastic service. As a smaller woman I have trouble connecting or disconnecting the trailers. They;ve helped me out numerous times, no questions or funny looks.
Linda HMake directional signs more visible — it felt like a mini-scavenger hunt locating the drop box/drop off location and instructions for leaving equipment there after hours.

Dana DOffice opened in time, truck was clean and had the gas level explained the office. Drop off after hours was a breeze through the lighted drop off door location after I dropped off the truck in the exact parking spot I picked it up two days earlier. An extremely pleasant experience.
