It was closed but major issue was drop off box was left unsecured and opened. We had to find trash on floor to help secure the box together so we could leave the keys inside. Little scary because there is a lot of foot traffic nearby and can possibly cause problems in the future.

They were very busy but very patient.
Teresa SGetting the truck took a while, and there was barely any gas in the truck but I didn’t notice until I was already on my way back to the apt. We had movers meeting us at that time and so it added to my stress levels. Everything else was fine.
Aldeena MI would not recommend this location. I was charged for fuel despite returning the truck with the gas tank filled to the correct level, as shown in the photos I took at both pickup and drop-off. It seems like this location may be misleading U-Haul about fuel levels to unfairly charge extra fees. In addition, when I tried to drop off the truck, the lockbox was unsecured, and I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with customer support to figure out how to return the keys. The staff at this location were unhelpful. I would strongly advise avoiding this location to prevent unnecessary charges and a stressful rental experience.
Kandace MPick up was really easy and The employees were great. There was what appeared to be an oil spill in the van bed when we picked it up but we cleaned it before we used the truck.

Angle IPickup was supposed to be at 6am as I had chosen mobile pickup for the u-haul. They did not have mobile pickup when we arrived so I waited until their business opened at 8 to receive my u-haul. Delayed the entire day and affected the movers I had scheduled for 8 am. (I was eventually compensated for this through u-haul but I had to fight for it.) The sticker station employees were very nice and not at fault for the situation!!

Charles CThe app needs work. During the return via the app, I had to restart the process multiple times (3+) and I didn’t even finish the process fully. I got far enough for the app to accept my return and that was it. Also, this location needs better lighting if it’s going to be an after hours drop off. Didn’t seem welcoming or safe as it was.

MOHAMMAD EPlease have a key drop box that fits today’s vehicles key fobs. I dropped off my vehicle and had no ability to drop off the keys since they would not fit in the tiny slot in the key drop box. As a result, I was stuck at the facility trying to figure out what to do. After three phone calls to customer service and nearly two hours stuck at the facility at night the only resolution was to lock the keys in the Uhal van. The price of the service for the van was more than fair, but my time and frustration spent dropping off the van was not a good value proposition. Thank you.

Didn’t walk me through the mobile pickup which resulted in my reservation being canceled even though I picked up the vehicle. This then required me to change my drop off location last minute in order to fix the issue.

Jerry MI was emailed indicating a change was made and I had to go to Plano to pick up. When I arrived at Plano they didn't see my reservation for pickup that day and they didn't have a truck. I had to drive to Denton to pick up the truck. I made it to Denton and they gave me the oldest truck that they had. It was just a terrible experience. I woke up at 5:30am to make sure I was on time to pick up at 7 to have to two different locations is unacceptable.

My truck was full of homeless persons stuff.. bicycle, buggy, a gun, an axe, a hatchet, blankets, junk.... the back of the truck was even wired shut, having to use pliers to open it. The place I rented it did NOT do a walk through, or examine the truck in any capacity and I was shocked when I opened the door right before I moved thigns in, and i had to clean out the truck before I loaded it up.

Norman MI was very happy with the process at the pickup location, where Jesus was excellent. On my several phone calls, all the experiences were professional and pleasant. My late-night truck return call with Brittany was particularly good. She stayed with me through the procedure, had answers when unexpected things happened, and was as good as a customer service rep could be. My truck had a cracked windshield with a patch on it, which didn't especially bother me but might matter more to some.

Darlene CWe returned the U-Haul before time was up to avoid late fees and somehow within returning it 2 days early they didn’t check it in so I was sent a late return email. When I called after being told it wasn’t even turned it I was told “he forgot” to check it in. This is my first and last time using U-Haul!
Isaiah HI had multiple issues. My original location had changed twice. This resulted in the location being 40 extra miles driven for me. They charge $1.09 a mile and this resulted in over $40 additional charges added. The uhaul rep was called for this location to see if they could knock off miles for me and all they said was he signed the contract. This is such a scummy way to transact business. DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS LOCATION ON UNIVERSITY IN DENTON!!!

Karthik sUhaul representative was 45 minutes late getting there. I reserved a 15' truck, 12 pads, and two furniture dollies. The representative started that they only have the truck because they don't stay stocked by Uhaul with the other items. I had to go to another location to get the items. The next location only had the pads. I was over an hour late getting to my pick up locations because of these issues. Never again.

YOLANDA AThe truck was disgusting! Nothing In the cabin had been wiped down or cleaned. I immediately went home and wiped it out with the clorox wipes I had. None of the staff were wearing face masks when I went in there. It’s as if COVID did not exist. Other than the disgusting truck, the truck drove fine and I was able to do what I needed to do. I would not rent a U-Haul from that location ever again.
Russell BI was charged for 11 gallons of gas when I only drove 6 miles. I had even put a gallon of gas in (more than I had used) before taking it back. Anyways, the gentleman At the desk refunded me and in the end I had paid the amount I should have been charged from the beginning. It only took up an extra hour of my time and the headache of driving back to the location since nobody would answer the phone - to explain that they had over charged me more than double the amount than what was owed.

BENJAMIN JThe back of the truck was dirty. You couldn't drive past 40 the truck started shaking. Then it was leaning towards the right . The have the nerve to charge 25 cleaning fee and truck was dirty.
NANCY SFirst he told me a 10ft truck would fit a 73" refrig but not without a ramp we discovered when we got to our storage unit 27 rt miles later. So l had to come back to trade it in for a 15' mothers attic truck w/ a ramp! I wasnt offered a deal on the mileage or any off the upgrade for my troubles & they were supposed to have an appliance dolly l ordered but didnt. I had to put 10 extra miles on to go to another uhaul to get one. Trucks were clean & ran well but what a nightmare & an extra $37 l was out due to the store clerks bad advice. Will just use the big uhaul ctr in the future.
