I was reserved 2 4 wheel dolly’s and I hand 2 wheel dolly and and didn’t get any of them! What is the purpose of reversing if you don’t have the items in stock for a move.

LINDA CThe U-Haul representative was not there to help me check in. Did not show up. We wanted to get a dolly. They did not have any on hand. I tried checking in and having to download the app and it would not work over and over so we had to speak to a representative of U-Haul on the phone. Check-in took way longer than it should have.
