But I wasn't informed that it was only a six hour rental I asked for the price of a daily rental which is 24 hours not six hours they need to be more clearJOLLY E.
It's a bit tight driving through the storage unit site with a 26' truck, not impossible as long as the driver takes their time and continues to monitor both side view mirrors. In the future, having the trucks prepared for departure would be a great help (and having any trailer attached).ROBERT W.

Total parking availability would likely have been an issue if I had a 26' truck instead of a 20' model, while only possessing avg backing skills (obviously that part is on me!), so I was relieved to find several open spaces next to each other. That said, the person who checked me in was a delight, and another great representation of U-Haul's consistency of excellent customer service.PATRICK O.

No pigtail for lighting hook-up. Transport trailer had mud-dirt all over, including on the rails- I had to wash this thing to keep from causing dirty-dried mud from being shook off while driving down the road. Drove 2 miles to my destination to las vehicle, loaded vehicle (20 min in to rental) then had to wait for roadside to come change tire that was obviously not par when rented. Which caused me to have to wait till the next day to transport my vehicle. Disappointed.Michael G.

The location and the person working there were greatâ€¦ The Internet check in and check out process is HORRIBLE!! I could not check in and reserve and had to keep calling the phone number until I finally talked to a person and he was greatâ€¦ When we delivered the truck early after hours we could not finalize the drop off on the Internet and wasted about 30 minutes trying to do it so my husband just called the location and told them it was there and what time we dropped it off. I am not happy with U-Haul at alllinda T.

There was a massive computer problem nationwide at U Haul which caused me to wait with paid movers for 1 1/2 hour. The charges weren't sorted out until 4 days after the rental. This was a major inconvenience The location and the manager at North Thompson Storage went above and beyond to make it rightChristine S.

Original location for drop off was not in business with U-haul any longer. I wad directed to take it to a second location and after arriving was told that I couldn't drop it there unless I had permission from U-haul. The number to contact was not given to me nor was there any printing of such number on the contract. It took 45 minutes to get to the right phone number and then another 10-15 minute wait. The customer Service communicated that a major hub for U-haul for which I was parked was not in her system. I earthen directed to go 10 miles north from my original drop off. The folks at the final drop off location was very helpful and could see that I was very frustrated. Overall, it took 2.5 hours to drop off a trailer that should have been no longer than 10-15 minutes.MARK C.
Got charged $71 two weeks after we used it. When we called the guy told us it was a U-Haul matter so I called U-Haul. Uhaul said that he charged us for damages after he told us that he didn't. No one was very helpful. After I posted a bad review on their website he called and said that we were charged extra for mileage. I had it for about 5 hours and moved about 2 or 3 miles from my previous place. He tried to say we drove it 60 miles. He can't get his story straight. He was just trying to get us to take the review down. Paid $181 dollars to move 3 miles from my previous place. Will never use this place or U-Haul again.Vicky W.

My one suggestion would be to make sure the windshield is clean. The windshield had streaks and an outline from the wipers, obviously from the last rental. A few bird droppings were on the front and side of the windows. Overall, the truck was easy to drive, and the ride was smooth.Christopher B.
