RICHARD GThe equipment was clean, however, once on the road with a loaded truck, the brakes were not good. I think that the truck should have been test driven by management to ensure that the brakes and other things were running smoothly before sending it out again.

diana mI was not given the access code for the key box. My pick up time was 0530. After spending a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with uhaul, I finally got the keys at 0645. It had a 1/4 I picked up uhaul 10 miles from where I was moving out of. I then drove 24 miles to a gas station in Warrens WI. I put $ 70.00 in. Which brought it to 3/4 full. I have the reciept. I drove 238 miles to my destination in Kenosha. The uhaul was returned a day early. Sunday before 5 p.m. The 1st uhaul place said they were full. We were directed to a different place. That place was also full. But, we left it there anyway. I was charged an extra 300.66. Charges were for returning it late. It wasnt due until monday. I was charged for going over my mileage, I did not go over. I was charged 175.00 for gas. I am being told I started at 3/4 of a tank. I did not. Uhaul sucks.
Kachina SBob was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. He discussed the equipment we would need to have while on the phone, so we had the proper hitch ball and light plug. Bob was very thorough and took time to explain things as he hooked the trailer to our truck. He went over the proper use and features of the tow dolly. Return was very simple and no hassle also. Will definitely use this dealer again.
