I self returned the truck online, paid the extra mileage fee online, took some pictures for proof, dropped the key in the box and I was on my way! So easy!

Your return website however is a disaster. Location service wasn't working. Sat on hold waiting for customer service for 40 minutes before I gave up. Luckily you have people at this location that saved the experience.
The people were great , the trailer was old and difficult to put on the car, rode very rough, it was the last trailer that I could find to make the trip. The people at the pickup site were friendly a nd helpful. Just an older trailer.
