This was not my original location. My original reservation was for a truck and tow dolly at the same location. The original location was an abandoned auto shop in Baton Rouge with no workers there. I waited an hour for someone to come. The next closest truck was an hour away in Vacherie. I had to pay $70 to uber there. This was only for the truck. They didn’t even give me the two carts I paid for. I had to drive from back to baton rouge from vacherie only to be told that the closest tow dolly was any hour away in Hammond. This drastically affected my move time. This took hours out of my day because nobody communicated that the original location was vacant. This was a very inconvenient experience.

Chardenisa CThe inside of the trailer was not clean on the inside when I picked it up. Lots of dirt/debris and floor is stained . I cleaned the debris but not the stains .I took before pictures just in case it comes back to me and charged for it. I can be contacted at [redacted] if you need the pictures
