Charles NWe were given a truck a truck that we needed to clean the snow off, and there was another that was clean. Dealership also charged us for 22 miles, we only put on about 6 miles. Will contact BBB for this scam!
Susan SI used the truck for 9 miles. Before use I reset all truck data. After use truck suggested 1 gal of fuel used for 9 miles sounds accurate. Brought receipt of fuel purchase in to attendant who also owned the gas station. Final receipt after 2 hours from uhaul showed I was billed for 2 gallons of fuel at double the fuel rate. Do not use northland ave location in Appleton WI.

Brett LThe truck was very dirty. Cab area especially disgusting. Took a half hour go Clorox wipes it. Swept out cargo areas. Truck itself worked decently. Upon return, the space where the station manager wanted the IHaul returned, was taken up by a Coke delivery semi and tankard. I was asked to wait until they moved! I asked why I couldn’t leave the truck elsewhere in their parking lot. The manager was insistent and quite harsh about having to wait on his vendors. Really his reliability to move it later on, not mine. I was done with the truck, refueled it more than what I used and returned it on time and unharmed. So at the end of a hot, exhausting moving day, it was not appreciated having to wait for two large vendors to do their work and then move out of the parking spot the manager for whatever insane reason, made me return the truck to exactly the same parking space. Mind you, there are 3 Haul spaces along the permitted of the fuel station and absolutely other places to temporarily park a IHaul truck on the fuel station’s parking lot. Very unprofessional and unreasonable return of the vehicle. Do not recommend based on the filthy truck interior and return unreasonable and arbitrary “policy”. Will never do business with this UHaul again and will be sure to pass on the bad marketing.

timothy mCould not understand the customer service person I worked with at this location and kept getting interrupted by other customers because it was a gas station. One piece of my purchase that I used this truck to pick up got broke. Very unhappy!
Bonnie UOnly 1 person there to run gas station and rental service. He had problems with rental tablet, had to call another person and still had issues, took about 20 minutes to get the truck and then later noticed that you thought we rented an extra truck probably because system didn't register that we picked up the one we reserved.
jeff bThe rental reservation process was a complete nightmare. You can follow-up with your district personnel to get an understanding of the FUBAR it was on Sunday. To clarify: It was not this location that was a nightmare, rather the U-Haul reservation process.
Randy OThe 17’ truck was ready and performed well for the nearly 360 miles we put on it. Filling out the online application was easy and the final price was the same as estimated. Returning the truck was great … just handed over the key and walked away, the receipt arrived by email. The one hang-up was that it took 30 minutes for the English-challenged person at the counter to painstakingly go over our online reservation, drivers license, contact info, etc. etc. He was a nice guy and conscientious, but it should not have taken so long. Also, the contract we got (via email at the time we picked up the truck … we didn’t know that until later) was in Spanish. Twice.

I screwed up, or the app did the firs part to get truck and i figured hand in key and go like in the past. Then learned of return process in app had to drive back and the truck was gone. Could not close out properly

Another tank of gas in my vehicle and a loss of 5 hrs. Of my day to return truck. I had to dish out another $75 out of my pocket because of the employees mistake

MARIE BEnsure when someone orders equipment like an appliance dolly, they actually have one you can rent. I needed an appliance dolly, put it in my order. Went to pick up the truck and there was an appliance dolly at the location, yet they couldn't rent it to me even though I ordered it because their system said it wasn't there. So overall I'm disappointed because that was something I really needed today and was a let down.
Andrew MPick up location change and was super inconvenient. The gas station that it was picked up from was not right. The place I asked to pick it up from was a legit location. The place that my pick up location was moved to was beyond inconvenient and the customer service person at this gas station was terrible. Everything that I filled out online magically disappeared so we had to waste time with this rude worker that had no clue what she was doing. I think it was terrible to do this to someone who is already stressed and on a time crunch.

David SI returned the truck before the deadline, but it didn’t get checked in until over 2 hours later, resulting in an additional day charge. I now have to wait for this to go through a dispute because the clerk at the gas station didn’t do her Job. I also returned the truck with more gas than I got it with, and was charged for gas for not returning it with proper gas level. Again, I now have to wait for this to go through dispute because the clerk clearly didn’t even check the gas level.

rana aThe gas set up should be changed to a full tank and not to where ever. How can you fill a tank to where ever it was when you picked it up.

estella cHave enough staff to assist a UHaul customer without being interrupted by convenience store customers. Know the rental process so you can assist customers with the online rental process. Customers are just that. They should not have to do everything for the rental on their own. I would not return to this location for a rental.
roberta lFor a reserved truck, it still took 2 hours to complete the rental agreement. Had to ask for reserved blankets and dolley.
