The truck was registered as having 200 miles less than the odometer actually had, the gas tank information was incorrect as well. I tried reloading the app, that didn’t help and in addition deleted the pictures I took and prevented me from adding any more. The gas station worker managed to help me but it was a 45 minutes struggle trying to fix the error the app made. Now I have to call admin to refund my money because the only way to fix it was to cancel and re book my reservation - and I was charged twice.
