How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I reserved at a different location I got an email the next morning of pickup that it changed to a different one. Don’t let people reserve at a place then force them to drive 5 miles to the new pickup
Brian KI was disappointed in the fact that I specifically requested an appliance dolly well in advance only to find out the day of rental that they didn’t even have one. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time, I could have made other arrangements to acquire one.
Mark VHave them tell you verbally that you need to take a picture of the license plate before you leave, not I sent you a email.
Robert LOscar’s in Appleton WI was listed online as a rental option but found out they were not once we arrived! This wasted time and mileage.
