I was disappointed in the fact that I specifically requested an appliance dolly well in advance only to find out the day of rental that they didn’t even have one. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time, I could have made other arrangements to acquire one.

Have them tell you verbally that you need to take a picture of the license plate before you leave, not I sent you a email.
Robert LOscar’s in Appleton WI was listed online as a rental option but found out they were not once we arrived! This wasted time and mileage.

Jeff RThe truck was registered as having 200 miles less than the odometer actually had, the gas tank information was incorrect as well. I tried reloading the app, that didn’t help and in addition deleted the pictures I took and prevented me from adding any more. The gas station worker managed to help me but it was a 45 minutes struggle trying to fix the error the app made. Now I have to call admin to refund my money because the only way to fix it was to cancel and re book my reservation - and I was charged twice.
