This was the second location we were sent. Kings gas station wasn’t prepared nor could they remember their UHaul password to even begin. Northland is in Tea SD, so we had quite a delay going there. No employees nor owner were there at all. The trailer was against trees in tall grass blocked by a brown ford truck. My wife and I wrestled it out and hooked ourselves up as by now now we're behind schedule. Lights worked, chains on, 4-pin harness showing bare wire and very weathered. Trailer was very dirty inside. En route to Florida, the running lights quit. Another driver saw them go out. Turn signals and brakes worked and it was at night in heavy rain, so I dragged my brake for lights until would stop. Everything was plugged in tight so I waited for morning to go again. UHaul should pay me for getting this trailer from an abandoned shed in Tea SD to a UHaul facility in Orlando. I’m asking $522.00 for my fuel and constant effort. Please reply to my account email or via phone. The lights were endangering. I will continue to pursue this matter publicly. Bob

The customer service person on the phone was great. The location was garbage.
