The only down side was there was syrupy chocolate or coffee in some of the areas and brown powder of some type on the passenger seat. I was worried that I would be charged a cleaning fee, so I cleaned it up myself. Maybe the truck came back in the dark and the owner didn’t notice it first thing in the morning.

kim fMoved from Port Perry to Dartmouth. Had a car hauler attached in Port Perry. Upon arrival in Dartmouth was told the trailer wasn’t properly attached and it was lucky we arrived safely. Notified Port Perry location and they said they followed U-haul’s video instruction. No accountability whatsoever. Will not recommend.

John GA very convenient accessible location, extremely helpful and they made the process painless, It's a shame this location only has a few rentals to choose from, I'm certain if they had more inventory to work with, their volume work increase accordingly. This location has made this aspect of my moves go smoothly and I'm looking forward to using this location when I need to help move stuff.
dennis lReally decent facility and the people on site are very friendly and professional. Pearce is great. Only issue we had was the auto gate malfunctioning on a Saturday and we couldn't gain access. With no one on site and the nearest manager 45 minutes away meant we couldn't get our property in time to move our sone into his apartment.
