There was some kind of brown liquid in the back. In the front seat there was a some kind of brown goo that I had to clean up. I was supposed to pick it up at 7:00 a.m on the 6th and the place was going to be closed so I was going to have to use the app to check myself out. I called the night before on the 5th and asked if I could pick it up early and they said they were already closed and that I would have to use the app to check myself out. I asked him if he blankets were in the truck he said yes but they were not there when I picked it up. I initially scheduled for pickup at the main U-Haul location in Fort Smith and for some reason I got sent to this store and I was not happy about that.
