My Only complaint is the cab of the U-Haul smelt like cigarettes. Other then that I had a good experience with this location. The staff was really friendly and helpful! I would use them again!TAWNA M.

Great service. Very helpful when a blizzard arrived and slowed our return time to later and would have been ok with an extra day. Was very helpful not to have to rush out on bad road conditions. Very helpful when dropping off after hours. And in confirming all was well the next day after dropping off the truck after hours. Lot was well setup. This location is the best place to rent equipment of all the Sioux Falls locations. The service is unfailingly pleasant, easy to negotiate as opposed to bureaucratic, and they are very good about helping hook up to trailers and familiarizing the customer with the equipment. This is the only U-Haul location in Sioux Falls that I will patronize.Les S.

First off, the equipment worked well. Must better than I expected. I would suggest to things; Have the truck start with a full tank and have the renter return it full. It is kind of a hassle to fill the tank partially. Add cruise control to the truck. Major pain driving 1,500 miles pressing on the gas petal.Jim M.

This was the first time I used a u haul. The renter questions threw me off so I called they helped me. After that the process was easy. Pick up and dropping off.Gladys L.

I called and make the reservation and went to pick up the trailer it wasn't at the location and then they give me the address of another location that is was the main place and I was no trailer there either and they gave me the other location finally its was at this location is a fish bait store. Fix window cranks, post, Anywhere, that if your late, you HAVE to call and adjust time or waste hour messing with website with no explanation why your after-hours rental ISN'T available. Do NOT rent dolly after hours! Did NOT receive, cost all productivity night 1. Called, was informed that I could drive 20 miles out of my way, AT MY EXPENSE, to pickup the big dolly, which apparently was an "excellent idea" by Uhaul.. based on the "it's bigger and I won't charge you the extra" B's. So I lost HOURS of moving time and in turn rental fees, then I am so appreciated as a customer that I can spend 15.80 mileage and 6$ (rough) in fuel, not to mention MORE time and wasted "moving favors lol" to be rented a piece of equipment that is impractical for my needs, at a minimum price reduction, apparently out of the locations desire to at least Attempt to meet it's contracts. A 2 day move turned into over 72 hours. so I'm out the money spent to acquire n ACCEPTABLE dolly, 1 days rental 19.95, plus beer and brats, etc for UNUSED help. Now, You ask, U-Haul has been my go to for moving needs for 25 years, I have faith (you say) I'm sure they corrected this issue as soon as able. LOL... NOT! After adding 19.95+150.00 (Extra days help, and a purchased dolly) Not only was I "Phone-tagged" "Chat-lived (useless)" but I was STILL ***CHARGED 3 DAYS DOLLY RENTAL***" and sent a F'n BILL, With a 30$ LATE FEE threat if not PAYED close to IMMEDIATELY.. (days) or COLLECTIONS! Now I have truly NEVER reviewed a company...Period... BUT Y'ALL ARE BS AND CAN KISS MY A**!! I Still have not Received my dolly rental, taxes, etc refund... I planned on a truck to finish additional location this week... And had my refund been applied, I wasn't even to bothered by the wasted money, time and favors used... But no.. so now I'm thuroughly PISSED! Want to live up to your contracts? Your "promises?? And, Your TRULY deserved, 99% of the time, reputation of Excellent value for families moving needs? Clear the 24.?? You are mistakingly billing me post rental, give me 10-15' truck, small Open trailer and actually include a 7$ dolly, FREE For 24+ hours... Say Wednesday 6pm - Thursday BY 10pm. I will of course pay local mileage, taxes and used fuel â˜º! I'll be expecting a Call in the morning If agreeable. If Not, this will NOT be my only well considered review of recent "service"s. Either way I expect my Invisible dolly fees, etc to be cleared so not -25$ish... EVEN ledger on prior rental. Thank You for the Excellent Consumer Experiences typically enjoyed by myself and millions! Let's not let one poor location, in Sioux falls, tarnish the U-HAUL Reputation! I applied at one location and when I went to pick it up they sent me to another place to pick it up. Very stressful for me. I am so grateful that I hired Richard to help me move for he took me to the new place helped me pick it up. I found it very unprofessional. When I asked them please to just give me one out of the lot they said no.Geralyn P.
