U-Haul is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! This place has burned me 2 times over the years!! They lied to me and the customer service is absolutely worthless!! Maybe hire people at locations that actually know what they are doing when renting equipment!! Terrible!!!! Owner of Northview Bait And Tackle is awesome!! The only good experience I had renting from Uhaul!! Awesome Guy!!!

the owner of this location is great. my issue is with U-haul they changed my pickup location 2 times and it was 17 miles away from my desired pickup location. they hardly gave me notice for the first change in location, then when I got to that location they said they didn't have the trailer I needed. The lady at North View was great she helped me hook my trailer up and was very friendly.
