Reserved trailer by calling U-Haul company store on 12th street in Sioux Falls. Went there to pick up trailer, worker there looked up my reservation and says "your trailer is at Northview." I said they never told me it was at another location, She said " well that's where it's at, you need directions?" I came from a location about 6 blocks from Northview, could have been a short and fast pickup, but instead it was more like 3 miles. Think you guys could do better. Thank you. Northview guy was very good.

The branch location charged me more than I was quoted over the phone. I was told it would cost 44. And it ended up being 59. I said something to the guy and he completely ignored the comment. If I hadn't needed the dolly right then I would have walked out. If anyone actually reads this I would greatly appreciate a phone call explaining why this happened. Other than the added charge, it was a great experience. I really appreciate service. The guy was very helpful and explained things well. All except the added charge. I specifically asked to pick up the truck at the 49th street location but for some reason, I had to pick it up at this location instead. It was VERY far from where we were moving from and to, so it took an hour and a half to drive to this location, pick it up, and drive back. We absolutely did not have the time to do that. Please honor customer requests- we generally have good reasons for why we request what we do!

The parking was great for drop off. The key and contract drop off for aftet hours was not secure. The truck was dropped off on Sunday. I had to make another trip on Monday to drop off key and contract.

Due to computer issues I, and many others had to wait 90 minutes from the scheduled pickup time to secure our trailer. I did the advanced check in but that didn’t seem to matter. My understanding it’s a u-haul issue, not the store.

I telephoned to reserve the truck. The person, not at this location, that took the call gave me a different & lower price than what the contract was when I arrived to pick up the truck. The person at the location was helpful and worked out a solution so I could end up paying the amount quoted. Had I not asked the woman on the telephone specific questions regarding the price, type of truck, etc I would not be bringing this to your attention. I anticipate she was in a call center at a distant location.

Equipment (trucks) should be air conditioned for summer driving. T hey are advertised as air conditioned but the last two trucks I've rented from U-Haul weren't. Also, very high mileage and scary! Would never recommend U-Haul to anyone--except maybe for my worst enemy.

getting a rental was quite a chore. many visits to get it straight. a lot of misinformation. thought I was going to pick up at 12th store. on final text on night before place was changed and time was changed. place was just as close and owner was great. extra stress because pick time had to be changed from 4pm to 9 am when I needed it.

Do not over charge a massive amount because of human error. I am overpaying by a few HUNDRED dollars that I now have to wait and fight over as I somehow made a 600 mile trip in 3 hours. those 15' box trucks do not go 200 miles per hour. I will not use uhaul again.
