Location was great. Knowledge and service was great. Trailer was 1 inch out of level when empty but not noticeable at time of pickup. Probably should have been caught when the hitch was upgraded from the old style to new style which appeared to be very recent based upon condition of hitch assembly.... no scratches or blemishes. No kinks in lighting cable.
