I have and will continue to do so. The owner, Matt Staab, and the rest of the staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and timely. I prefer to only get my uhaul rentals there. They always answer there phone and are able to answer questions. If they don't know an answer, they say that.

Uhaul.com allows for rental at locations that do not have trucks. Even though customer service called and offered great options to accommodate for the inconvenience they were empty promises that were not fulfilled.
