HEIDI HOrdered a dolly, but it was not available. Ended up having to get a furniture dolly instead which was not very helpful

Tracy WAfter hour return, the GPS Location you have on file for the place is not actual, I was at their Gate Fence about 50ft from the door where I rented, and your Tech Support person queried my location on Your App, and the Website, and both times it was reporting me as 0.8 miles away. Their "Drop Off" Area is along the street opposite their business. The Tech escalated and ended up giving me her Email and having me send her the photos so I could be on my way. Upgrade all of the Trailer Lights to Low Power LED's, They last 10 times longer and use 10 times Less Power. Either that or Something on your trailer kept overloading the Trailer lights relay. Not it is not the vehicle, I have a Dirt bike trailer, small utility trailer, horse trailer, and small enclosed trailer that have no issue with lights. Trailer Jack, I was not able to lift it off the hitch by myself, I needed a second person. Why is there not a Trailer Jack? The Staff at this location were nice and friendly.
JAYSON SThe equipment was missing a tongue jack making connecting the trailer to the vehicle clumsy and potentially dangerous. The person helping with the rental was really good and was not happy about the condition of the trailer. Other than the tongue jack, the trailer worked great.

HEIDI HIt was convenient to turn in the truck after hours. But way to many pictures and sections to submit
Duane CThe check in guy was flying solo. Had to wait 15 min. He never told me that I needed to check my text and clock in the mileage (or whatever that is) So I didn’t. Then when I was charged for 15 miles on a 9 mile day, the check out dude told me that the check in dude “was usually religious on telling people to check their texts” and refused to discuss the mileage with me and that I needed to call U haul and get it remedied. Bad bad customer service Will go anywhere else in the future and will for sure be calling uhaul customer service

DALE CThe Service was excellent! The Uhaul representative was very helpful, courteous, and informative. We rented a car trailer to transport a car across country. The equipment was clean and functioned correctly. Both fenders had been previously damaged by a prior renter and the Representative documented that and also suggested additional tie-down straps to allieviate our concern about towing the loaded trailer across country. The hookup was Excellent, the trailer worked perfectly, and the trip proceeded without concern and was successful with all equipment functioning perfectly. I have no recommendations for improvement.
Hugh TI didn't even use the truck 24 hours and I was charged for 48 hours and no credit was given back to me what a RIP OFF that was. I won't use U-haul again.

MARY Rit wasn't my preferred location but it worked out fine. i just wish that i could pick the location that is closest to me is all. the web makes one feel that one could pick from a number of locations that have the equipment I want, but it never works that way. Were we went was great though.

Michael MThe Tow Dolly had been damaged at some point because I noticed the framework had been welded on prior to loading my car; therefore, had an in and out vibration starting at 60 mph that carried through the drive-train of my truck. I was worried at first that there was a problem with my truck then I noticed the fender on the left side would vibrate every time the vibration occurred. Also, the plastic fender cover on right side started lifting up into the air so I pulled into a rest area in Mitchell, SD and zip-tied it. I noticed during the 2100 mile trip that the tire causing the vibration had encountered some premature wear. The bad part is, it added about 10 extra hours to my trip. The Dolly should be taken out of service for long haul and hopefully the person that caused the damage got charged for it. Thank you - J Smythe

ESTEVAN CGive me a trailer that looks like it wasn’t just pulled out of a junkyard. I guess it really doesn’t matter. I only had it two days. But I think it sets a poor example for U-Haul.

Shelly WMake sure that the equipment you rent is out is the correct equipment and that it has been inspected and properly maintained. We were given the wrong car dolly and the wheel on the truck almost flew off while we were driving.
