Staff at this location was great. Answered phone when I called twice. Allowed me to adjust scheduled pick up date/time with short notice, I will rent again from NW Rentals. Only negative is UHaul App I downloaded from play store. Kept getting errors stating "Something went wrong on our end, please try again in a few minutes" Spent almost 2 hours un-installing and reinstalling App. Huge time waster for me. Was able to set up account after using chat help and getting a different link sent to my email. App is not intuitive and I can't set a home rental site. This would be my only complaint as I like UHaul equipment. Made well and is reliable. Thank you for soliciting feedback. A.
