The place is a little rundown and dark, but the people are wonderful.

Gregory KThe overall experience was very poor, though the pick-up store was excellent. I initially ordered a 15 foot for a 9am pickup at Northwest Rentals. The Spokane office rerouted my order to the Kennedy location with an upgrade and 10am pickup, but when I arrived at the the Kennedy location, they didn't have the truck. I was sent back to Northwest rentals. In the middle of "transferring" my reservation, the Kennedy location actually canceled it. Overall, the reservation process turned into a mess and cost me both additional time and money.
Elizabeth VEverything was great! This is a great location the representative that helped me was fantastic! This was overall a very good experience and I would highly recommend this location for renting a moving truck to anyone looking for this type of equipment.
