Nova could not log into the uhal website... did not know the lockbox combo.... could not rent me the truck i reserved...... this was after the u-haul from Builders supply down the street... lost my reservation and did not have anything to rent me ... he sent me to Nova which was horrible..... only 2.5 hours later ... your customer service had me rent the truck Nova had through the self service app.... which took me almost 30 minutes to do...... This experience was the worst i had eveer had..... not to mention the movers were waiting at my house for the 2 hours for me to come with the truck.... not cheap.... you need to credit my bill!!!!!!!!
