When I came in to get the U-Haul truck, the young white man that was sitting at the desk, literally and intentionally took his time to give me the keys to the U-Haul, he made me feel as if my time didn’t matter. And when he finally decided to give me the keys, there was a young Asian man standing behind me waiting to take care of his business, that young white man told the young Asian man that he had to wait, because he had to go to the bathroom as if his time did not matter either. The way he did things were so rude and disrespectful. I will never ever go back to this place again, I felt totally disrespected. And if it had not been too late for me to find another U-Haul company, I would have walked out of that place. So he may have gotten my $141 this time, but that company will never ever get another dime from me. And if you are black or minority, I advise you to go somewhere else.
Rhoda NEverything was quick and easy. Friendly employees. Rented a truck, all was good except A/C wasn't cold. Advised theemployee upon turn in of truck.

The gentlemen who was working the counter, he had a goatee and glasses, whatever his name is, he is awesome! Again, 10/10, will rent again.
Joshua PThe vehicle was fine, communication and pick up/drop off super easy. The issue is the parking lot is like an afterthought and it’s your main business aspect. No paving and had to drive over a curb to park my car. Getting pictures at drop off, I fell on a dirt hill that was where we had to park the truck. I imagine it’s pretty muddy in spring and winter.
Staci NThere was a lot of friction in renting, picking up and dropping off the Uhaul that made me not want to use your services ever again. The original trailer we rented was not available, revised trailer was cancelled and then we had to pick up a different trailer at another location. Drop off - was described as putting keys in a drop box rather than downloading an app and taking several pictures.

Joseph PService was great but location is very busy when first taking off with truck that one is not used to.
Gena PNo instructions on where to leave the dolly. I had to leave it in the truck bed as show in the pictures to avoid someone driving by and swiping it. The only place I had to park the truck was on quite the angle. Which was uncomfortable and also skewed the fuel gauge picture.

TIM ZCan only speak of my equipment. 20ft vehicle. The driver mirror was loose and would not stay put so hsd to put zip ties on it so I could safely drive. The airbag light came on after my second starting of it but seems like it would glitch out. The steering needed a alignment really bad. The top of the logo on the steering wheel should not be facing the driver window when going straight. The people were nice, answered questions, but was a very busy place but in and out no big hassle.
SEAN MCharge me almost $200 for a 1 day rental pickup,charged me 2 times. AND I WORK FOR UHAUL, JUST WOW GUTS NOW I HAVE TO PAY AN ORVER CHARGE FEE NOW .THANKS NOVI FEED

Richard EThere was a slight issue with the mobile check in process on uhaul's side. Luckily, Novi Feed LLC knew how to get it going again.
