RANDOLPH BNovi Feed is a great place to rent a Uhaul. The trucks are always clean and ready. What needs improvement is the Uhaul app. I had problems with the app freezing and sending me back to the beginning of the process. I don't care for the mandatory videos or the verification of employment process. I have rented many trucks with the same corporate amex card and that should be verification enough.
