GENRRY CThe pickup truck wasn’t cleaned off from the snow. I had to shovel out the bed of the truck. The truck smelled, someone had been smoking in it. And on top of all that they changed me $143 for a six hour rental!!

WILLIAM TNeeded to be ran thru car wash. The outside mirrors and door windows were dirty. Otherwise the van was a dream. Excellent radio system, smooth ride and interior warmed up quickly. Actually, equipment wasn't an issue. Didn't request any. The fellas were super nice.

WILBURN CI didn't drive very far, maybe 5 miles. Got there, shut the engine off, loaded a couch, got back in to leave and the battery had a low charge and it wouldn't start. I had to have it jumped. Same thing a little while later.

MARK HThe gas mileage is not what they said when I got into the vehicle. The tire pressure light was on due to low pressure. The truck did not have any heat at all. I called and complained and everyone pointed the finger on whose issue it is.

David TWhen I showed up at the locations office the manager was very rude & yelling about a situation with the male employee. He did not stop when I was at the sales counter from his discussion & never apologized for his actions. The front tire/wheel winches were rusty & not maintained. There was no rear tiedown provided & when I brought it to the managers attention he was not willing to take care of the issue. Upon returning the trailer I was not assisted by the employee in the yard after he helped another customer connect & went directly away. I then went into the office & waited at the sales counter, with no avail...I heard some rustling in the back room & looked around finding the manager who only said that he had checked me in when he saw me arrive...That was the extent of his greeting or discussion...Quite a rude way to treat a customer! I will look for another location in the future to rent from....These guys don't have good attitudes about anything!!
