I think the first question should be is this local or are you dropping this truck off at a different location. Because I didn't know to mention that at first I'm glad my sister was there to say something. Other than that this place was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable in making my purchase

Uhauls were in generally working condition but very dirty in interior. It’s winter so I don’t expect much from the outside of the vehicle cleanliness wise but the interior was kinda nasty. The vehicle’s overall mechanical condition was questionable. The steering was loose, the vehicle was shaky above 50mph, I wouldn’t drive on the freeway because of this. Luckily I wasn’t going very far so I could avoid that. Overall, it did the job. But I wouldn’t rent from this location again.

Even though the uhaul servers where slow, but they tried their best to take of customers. Only problem my truck exhaust had a damage making huge noise.

The pickup truck wasn’t cleaned off from the snow. I had to shovel out the bed of the truck. The truck smelled, someone had been smoking in it. And on top of all that they changed me $143 for a six hour rental!!

Needed to be ran thru car wash. The outside mirrors and door windows were dirty. Otherwise the van was a dream. Excellent radio system, smooth ride and interior warmed up quickly. Actually, equipment wasn't an issue. Didn't request any. The fellas were super nice.

everything was great the only problem I had was the vehicle had a strong odor of perfume or cologne which left me a little nauseous.
I'm not sure what you can do but that's the only issue and I plan on being a return customer

I didn't drive very far, maybe 5 miles. Got there, shut the engine off, loaded a couch, got back in to leave and the battery had a low charge and it wouldn't start. I had to have it jumped. Same thing a little while later.
