Good truck rental, however there were no moving blankets available for me to pickup as requested.

WILBURN CI didn't drive very far, maybe 5 miles. Got there, shut the engine off, loaded a couch, got back in to leave and the battery had a low charge and it wouldn't start. I had to have it jumped. Same thing a little while later.

MARK HThe gas mileage is not what they said when I got into the vehicle. The tire pressure light was on due to low pressure. The truck did not have any heat at all. I called and complained and everyone pointed the finger on whose issue it is.

David TWhen I showed up at the locations office the manager was very rude & yelling about a situation with the male employee. He did not stop when I was at the sales counter from his discussion & never apologized for his actions. The front tire/wheel winches were rusty & not maintained. There was no rear tiedown provided & when I brought it to the managers attention he was not willing to take care of the issue. Upon returning the trailer I was not assisted by the employee in the yard after he helped another customer connect & went directly away. I then went into the office & waited at the sales counter, with no avail...I heard some rustling in the back room & looked around finding the manager who only said that he had checked me in when he saw me arrive...That was the extent of his greeting or discussion...Quite a rude way to treat a customer! I will look for another location in the future to rent from....These guys don't have good attitudes about anything!!

CARLOS TA 6x12 trailer is heavy. When I picked up a helper put the trailer on. But when I dropped it off the guy working didn't even get up to see if I was dropping off the right trailer let alone help me unhook and I'm 75 years old with a bad back? Will NEVER go there again
ROBERT RTrailer was in bad shape, missing tie down chain @ rear, fender hold down strap missing drivers side, pass fender was bent up, both wheel rachet strap assy. where rusted so bad, could not them to work, had to repair them both myself
