Avoid this location! The employee checking me in clearly had no idea what he was doing. U-Haul's policy states you only pay a fee if you don't fill the tank. I filled the truck right next door immediately before handing him the keys, but due to his incompetence, they fraudulently charged me for fuel anyway. Charging a customer who already paid to fill the tank violates their own contract. I have my time-stamped pump receipt as proof and am disputing this with my credit card company. Do not trust this store!

The staff was unsure of how to get my key even though it was the only one they had and I showed them my confirmation of pickup. It made the process take longer even though I had done the express pickup.
