Didn't get the equipment I ordered but got charged for it. Also, a mileage fee was tacked on to my bill even though we never deviated from our route. Doesn't seem the people at the purchase location knew what was up. The drop off was very helpful in contrast. Be hard pressed to consider U-Haul again.

Did not have the equipment that was supposed to be installed. The manager, John, told me to meet him at a gas station to bring me my equipment. He never came to the gas station, delayed my trip 20 minutes.
