I paid for an appliance dolly & 3 dozen blankets. When we arrived, these items were not in my truck. We had to wait for this location to open when the manager let me know they didn't have these items but no one called to let me know. It made moving very difficult.

This is the second time in the past 2.5 years I have tented a truck from them and I wouldn't go anywhere else and trust me I have quite a few to choose from in pur County. Yhe owner is the nicest man too!!

The roll up door was really springy. Difficult to close, especially with the dangling padlock. I could handle it with no problem but if it was someone with less strength it could be a problem, maybe even a hazard. Otherwise it was a great experience.

First, no one ever contacted me to schedule my pickup so I had a lot of issues picking up the truck, including a requirement to provide 3 emergency contacts on the spot who could immediately answer a call. Ridiculous. I wasted hours on my move day and it cost me money because I had to make the movers wait. After literally hours on hold with customer service, I was finally able to get someone to help me, and she told me I could drop the truck off at the same location. However, I was charged $30+ since apparently the drop off hadn't been changed and now I have to call AGAIN.

The parking lot is paved, the trailer parking is not. Very rough driving both my car and then the trailer over this very bad bumps.

Truck was very rough riding and noisy in the cab. No mention of what to do with rented dolly or pads when dropping of truck. Left them in back of truck. Door could not be locked and I did not feel comfortable about it. That's why I answered that truck should be cleaned and then I get charged for that. Will not be looking to use uhaul for long distance drive again.

Clean the van! It was filthy, dirty, and had a terrible odor. Your website states that you wipe down the vehicles to protect against coronavirus. My guess is this unit was never wiped down. The seats and floor had food and drink spills and a layer of dust. Despite an open sign, the attendant did not arrive til 20 minutes after our pickup time and couldn't open my reservation which had stipulated a no-contact pickup. I had to spend time in this location and with a man who as he approached had no mask. He put one on in his office. Terrible experience.

Not as a reservation or a number to be "dealt with" in his business transaction. We will recommend Trent & his Uhaul location to everyone we know. Needs signage as it is somewhat hidden. There are much better locations to drop off a truck...and closer to our destination. We took our truck back to this location because they offered a $30.00 discount to do so. That was worth it....

I was over charged I used 7 miles and was charged for 107 miles I took a picture of the mileage once I parked the vehicle which read 3277 he put in 3377. Or only was I charged but my daughters card was charged as well although he stated it declined her card I want my money back how could I have driven 107 miles in less than an hour and have it returned doesn't make since

Very hard to get in and out of, not well marked when driving by (we passed the entrance and had to u-turn). minimal space for parking a trailer, with poorly kept dirt areas that were trashy. Would not use this location again. Did appreciate the mobile, online check-out.
