No one there. I stopped by 3 different times. No phone answered, sketchy sounding answer machine. Ended up leaving trailer in yard there with no locks. Never received confirm from drop off after leaving 5 voicemails. I called U-Haul direct and let them know I left at drop off location but no one there.

Douglas SWent to pick up trailer and needed a different size ball for my hitch. Told your employee that we would be back in 15 minutes. Went to the store (missed opportunity to sell them there) got what was needed and went back (gone about 10 minutes) and the door was locked but the sign said open. Waited 30 minutes for him to "appear "! Finally got my rental and when I got home I realized there were no moving blankets that I ordered and paid for. Called the shop but again they never answered. Second time renting from there, Second time I had a problem! Never again!! Maybe he needs to stop smoking weed in the office and he might be able to do his job.
