How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped this off on Sunday but it looks like it wasn't "received" until Monday. I'm confused about whether I was charged for an extra day. This drop off point was a parking lot next to a separate location that was locked when I arrived despite the posted business hours. If I hadn't knocked, I'm not sure I would have been able to turn this in at all.
John BIt was a drop off lot with no interaction, but was easy.
John DI paid for the rental of the trailer in advance, it would have been nice to get it at that time instead of having to come back the next morning. I wasn’t allowed to come until 9 AM and I would’ve liked to have gotten started with my project at 7 AM. Overall though, I was very pleased with the service!
PAUL HNo improvements necessary...everything with my rental went smoothly...thanks.
