This low rating is for U-Haul pick up overall, not the specific location. My pick up location was changed without notifying me and this led to confusion, delays and frustration. There was also a wait once I did arrive. The truck had a U-Haul lock on it that didn't have a combination and the passenger wiper blade flew off while using it in the rain, which required me to fix it in the rain and use the wipers without a passenger side being cleared.

The location was closed when I got there, BEFORE the advertised closing time of 5 pm. No one answered the phone number. I had to call the regional office for assistance.

DONATHON SWindshield of my box truck was broken. This is dangerous and illegal. The inside of the truck was absolutely disgusting and sticky. The truck had barely any gas in it when I picked it up. The location is in a dead zone so self pickup was nearly impossible and took 1 hour to complete. I returned the truck with exactly how much gas it had when I picked it up and the owner of this location tried to charge me $49 for 4 gallons of gas (I only drove 20 miles total as well, these trucks don’t get 5mi/gal. Owner is a scammer). Absolutely unacceptable. This location is a complete scam and should not be affiliated with Uhaul. Makes Uhaul look very bad and has me thinking twice about ever renting from Uhaul again. $100 for this experience is not okay.
