Amazing service
Travis KI was very disappointed with my rental experience due to several issues with the online process and customer support. The online pickup process took far longer than expected. I was told I would receive a text message on the morning of my pickup with instructions to guide me through the process, but I never received it. I was on a tight schedule and needed to pick up the truck and be on the road by 8:00 AM. Because I never received the text, I was unable to complete the pre-screening before arriving at the pickup location. Once there, it took approximately 40 minutes to complete the application because the photo upload feature repeatedly failed. I called the help desk and requested assistance from a live agent, but no one ever returned my call. The return process was equally frustrating. When I brought the truck back, no one was at the location to accept the return, even though the posted Saturday business hours on the door stated they were open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Because the pickup process had taken so long, I was unable to return the truck until approximately 1:45 PM. I was then forced to complete the return by taking photos of the truck myself in pouring rain. I do want to recognize and thank the employee who helped arrange a larger truck for me, as I appreciated that assistance. However, the larger truck was not available at the location I originally requested, which added further inconvenience to my experience. Overall, the delays, lack of communication, technical issues, and inability to reach customer support made what should have been a straightforward rental process unnecessarily stressful.
