Originally we were contracted to drop off the trailor at one location in Bloomington, IN. When I called to confirm hours, they told me they were not accepting drop offs as they were filled. They arranged a new drop off but the following morning upon arrival there, I was also turned away. Again, they offered up my original location which I declined and changed the drop off to yet another location. I called there before heading out and once again they could not accept, They finally told me to drop it off at the place above but were clueless as to a phone number or if they needed to change the final drop off location on my contract "It shouldn't matter". The final drop off was not staffed but rather was a house and a closed down old store with a Uhaul key drop off box. There were other trailors so we just backed ours in and left it, Luckily my husband called the national number who did change the final locale on our contract otherwise we may have been "in trouble". Clearly there was lack of knowledge on many levels as to which location had spots or was accepting vehicles. I had hoped that my reservation would have been secure, but obviously it wasn't. Thankfully I had the time and Bloomington had various locations otherwise had I been in a time crunch to catch my flight or had to drive a long distance for a uhaul dealer, this could have been quite a challenge.

The trailer had grease on the floor and that stained my furniture The return was unbelievably bad - I was told I could not return and the agreed location, then sent to another location that didn't exist only to be told to go to another location This allcost me extra money and time This was abysmal! I'll be telling people to look at other options when moving

my rating really wasn't to do with the location- it was the fact that I was given a drop off location that was close to where I was unpacking and once I got there they told me the lot was full and I needed to go to another location. They gave us this address without specifiying it was WEST and we ended up 30 min away off a dirt road on someones private property. Then, we had to drive another 30 min to get to the correct location. All in all I am very unhappy and would like to request a partial refund for our inconvenience.

Was not informed that this was a Do It Yourself pickup/return. Intstructions on the App were not equal as to what happened. Key to pick up truck were in the lock box. Dropping off required taking multiple pictures inside and outside of truck. Would diffinetely recommend picking up from an office where someone with Uhaul experience
