Check in and pick up took 227 minutes. I was given a filthy truck with NO FURNITURE Pads for which I was charged! I have no idea how to ever be credited for this amount for the pads, but it’s not worth it to ever have to talk with U-Haul ever again at this location. The clerk at this location was rude and unhelpful and could have cared less if I picked up my truck. Never had worse service in my life at a U-Haul location— NEVER AGAIN
