My order was transferred here from the Cyprus location adding an extra 13 miles to my trip that I had to pay for. The building for check-in and check-out was scary, filthy, cramped, and filled to the brim with personal items. This location could have been on an episode of hoarders. There was approximately 4 feet to stand in and needless to say social distancing was not followed.Breanna C.

I am not happy. I called and set the rental to be picked up at the Cypress location for a 26' one in town trip. I set this up with scheduling not reservations.. BUT the truck was not at the Cypress store...it was at Oasis. This very upsetting plus the sales man was rude and asked me if I wanted to cancel. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE CYPRESS STORE??Susan H.
The site was filthy. Beyond Filthy! No where to stand, sit. The manager was watching TV from his chair and the TV was blaring. There were dogs running around and negative signage everywhere. I will never go back there again. You really need to send someone in there.Teri F.
Our reservation was confirmed for 9am. The owner of the business didn't even show up until 9:45am and gave no apologies or explanation for why he was late. The location was filthy and resembled a unkempt junk yard. I would absolutely tell everyone to avoid this location.Keith K.

Do you to Covid our escrow was late in closing. We called the U-Haul people our situation. We told him we needed to extend our time. Make a long story short our Movers were delayed by two days which made us have to expand the trailer additional days out. When we returned the trailer the U-Haul company was yelling at my husband he has a mental illness. The man David was yelling at him and his wife and another man in front of people. We did not have any problem paying the extra money for using a U-Haul but they yelled at us because they wanted to run it out to another couple. We do not have cell service at the location we are at in the mountains and cannot tell them we were a few more hours late. I told them we would be in that night or in the morning and we found it in the morning. I am ready to file a lawsuit against U haul Because of how they treated my husband he has a mental illness. Nobody should be yelled at in any business. They also told us they were going to charge us an additional $1800 because we've made them lose a customer. So they threatened us. The store is dirty, musty, smells, and the employees are less than helpful. There was little explanation as to the paperwork or process. There was little communication. There was little help. The trailer was filthy on the inside and had a tire that was leaking air I was not told about and only found out when it was flat a couple days later.Bradford D.

Scary location, with a run down building and a large collection of non-operational vehicles onsite with a subject who looked like a transient living in a car onsite who identified himself as an employee of the business, who told us he was the person responsible for the uhaul returns.Pedro F.

The gentleman was nice and that is the only positive thing about this place. His office was disgusting I'm not against some disorganization and some dirt but I could barely walk in there. The Cargo Van was filthy. It was not cleaned after it went out last time. Their l was coffee splattered all over the inside of the van. From the driver side to the Passanger. I felt like I could not set anything down because the floor in the van was so grimy. I had to wipe the steering wheel down to drive it. If I was not so pressed for time I would have declined the rental. I have lots of pictures to support my comments. I will absolutely never rent from there again. I am very surprised that Uhaul allows someone with this standard to be a vendor for them.Donica A.

Hours posted online say 7am-7pm. I show up at 7:50 am and no one is there. I was supposed to pick up a car dolly at 8 am and had to hit the road. Kept calling, nothing. The owner shows up at 8:10. He apologized and I do forgive him. It is just unreliable business and was frustrating. He also complained about this one guy that was coming over and was rude to him. All things I would never do in front of a customer. I hope this helps.Jesse W.

The location is VERY Convenient, always in and out pretty quick there's never a line. Very friendly employees, my only and biggest concern is that I was overcharged and I was Over charged twice on the same transaction. There were Cock Roaches (20 to 30â€“not 2 or 3) scurrying around in the cargo box of the truck when I opened the back to start loading it. Very grossed out and not thrilled at the prospect of them getting into my boxes and taking up residence in my storage unit in and among my belongings!!!Andrea W.

The man working here was completely rude and did not help us at all. The car was dirty with crumbs and on top of it the air bag light said it needed to be maintained. The towing equipment we got was all messed up and tangled. We had to undo the whole tighteners because the straps were not fed into it properly nor was the the equipment put on well. The office was small full of clutter and stunk of cigarettes. This man tried to charge 401.95 USD to 4 of our Credit cards because our amount was pending and was not â€œapprovedâ€ but already taken from our account. He then took our card to swipe it again to change our original card with another 401.95 USD when he stated he was only going to charge the 16$ we owed because we went over our miles. He did not want to help us at all and seemed irritated when we first came in to get the truck. I am appalled by the way this situation was handled and furious that he tried to charge 4 cards with 401.95 USD. The women he called as well ( crystal his traffic manager or something) was told all the wrong information and was no help until we had to talk to a corporate manager about the situation. He would not let us leave as well until the pending amount was approved. Which it was just not the second charge of 401.95. I have never experienced such terrible service With this company and I have had a lot of patience when returning the equipment. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this place at all and would have picked the other uhaul in Redding if they had the equipment. I will NOT be returning to this sexist and rude mans uhaul.amaya R.

The guy smokes inside the building, the truck was damaged and smelled like pot REALLY BAD and was filthy. It had cigarette butts and trash in the back and a layer of pollen from the pot, we had to clean it out before we could even use it. When we returned it they tried to say that WE did the damage to the truck... It was like that when we got it, they were trying to scam us. They also tried to charge us a cleaning fee.... NO WAY!! Office definately looks like it's also a home, and not in a good way. Lots of paper and items stacked around the office propane heaters being used to heat the office. Outside porch area looks like something you would find in a redneck trailer park. Attendant was friendly, but office area smelled lile cigarettes and nothing looked clean and sanitary. When paperwork was finished, attendant didnt even take me to my trailer, he pointed me in the general direction of where it was parked and I had to confirm wich trailer off the rental agreement. Nobody around to help attach trailer and most importantly there was nobody to assist with a safety light check! Trailer also had some gravel in it from the previous rental.Benjamin Y.

The office inside looked like an abandoned shed. Very dirty and unkempt. The man filling out my order looked homeless. I went there with my sister and friend. They went outside couldn't stand being inside. So surprised to see this environment for a U haul location.William B.
