At pickup, personnel knowledgeable about and needed for UHaul pickup was not present and could not be reached by onsite person for over an hour. Truck was suppose to be one way as reserved over 3 weeks ago. Still not put in correctly on day of rental despite multiple confirmations with UHaul central telephone line personnel. Also, UHaul changed the pickup location at 2pm the day before pickup. This new location (142 Kendal, Point Edward) was over 1 hour away from original location. Multiple attempts were made to reach the new pickup location by customer for confirmation, no one answered the phone and no voicemail. Overall atrocious communication and service.Te P.
