I am not sure where the problems stem from as the owner and the representative from U-Haul were not on the same page. I received no call the day prior and when I arrived it took a very long time to find the keys and they had switched me from a 12 footer to a 15 footer. I spoke to U-Haul and they allowed me to switch back but the process was very long as they could not find the keys again. Additionally while the app worked to take the pictures of my documents it did not work for taking photos of the vehicle which caused further delays. This whole process took about an hour and a half and was very inconvenient. I was told on the phone that I will be receiving a 50 dollar credit for my troubles but they did not give a specific timeframe as to when the credit will be processed on my account. Can somebody review the notes and let me know when I will be receiving the 50 dollar credit to my credit card. Thank you. Ray
