Perhaps you could do a better job during the reservation process to make sure the customer understands what is required of them during pick up and drop off. All the photographs and being automated and all that.

Jumped through hoops even after setting up everything before getting there. Paid what I owed upon returning the vehicle exactly the way I received it, got a receipt, and they tried to charge my card around another $200 on top of what I had already paid WEEKS LATER. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Steven STruck was empty. Apparently i was given a credit for the fuel being empty but was never told. Returned the truck empty and the credit was then removed. not very apparent and then charged 5.50 a gallon when i dropped it off at a gas station wiht 3.99 gas. Oh well. should have read closer.

John IThis was an awful process. Only online pick up available yet there is an office. They were NO help and it took several phone calls and 90 minutes to pick up our truck. Very frustrating. I rent from U-Haul a lot but fear this may be my last time.
