Arrived and U-Haul wasn't ready for mobile pickup. I called for support and was told to wait until 8am for the location to open. The location was a satellite location run by the gas station. I couldn't get access to the lockbox code. It was a mess.
Hanna KPerhaps you could do a better job during the reservation process to make sure the customer understands what is required of them during pick up and drop off. All the photographs and being automated and all that.
Warren GJumped through hoops even after setting up everything before getting there. Paid what I owed upon returning the vehicle exactly the way I received it, got a receipt, and they tried to charge my card around another $200 on top of what I had already paid WEEKS LATER. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Steven STruck was empty. Apparently i was given a credit for the fuel being empty but was never told. Returned the truck empty and the credit was then removed. not very apparent and then charged 5.50 a gallon when i dropped it off at a gas station wiht 3.99 gas. Oh well. should have read closer.
