Tire pressure low, out of washer fluid. U-Haul app is not easy to use pick up process was tedious and long. Drop off process was too long. Photos, using the app, was not worth $129 plus gas for 4 hours.

Sarah CArrived and U-Haul wasn't ready for mobile pickup. I called for support and was told to wait until 8am for the location to open. The location was a satellite location run by the gas station. I couldn't get access to the lockbox code. It was a mess.
Hanna KPerhaps you could do a better job during the reservation process to make sure the customer understands what is required of them during pick up and drop off. All the photographs and being automated and all that.
