Ross RI'm very disappointed that UHaul did not refund me. When I booked the trailer I paid for 2 extra days at about $30 per day in the event that weather played a roll in my move. Fortunately it didn't and I returned the trailer after 4 days instead of the 6 that I paid for. Despite returning the trailer 2 days early, I didn't receive credit for that. Very disappointing.

Dawna SFriendly customer service and clean and well-maintained facility. Truck rental was easy. Accidentally locked the keys in the truck on return. Can't believe a company doesn't have spares. Suggestion would be to have one spare per vehicle. Don't be so cheap, U-Haul.

Goran PGreat location. Great service. The only issue was with the rachet straps. As it is winter, and the trailers are out in the weather, the ratchet mechanism had gotten a little rusty and was not working well. I just had to spray a bit of white grease on the mechanism and then it was working fine. Not a big deal as I had some spray in my truck, but if someone did not have a spray lubricant with them, it could have been a hassle trying to strap a vehicle down with a sticky rachet.

Dana ACost was higher than I exspected 428.09 for 379 kl and two day rental .
Wayne JThe fellow that dealt with us was so VERY helpful and polite and enjoyable, but he did say we would only be charged for one day but could rent it the next day so that helped, and we did bring the Van back in the evening of the 10th not the morning of the 11th. But, the help was amazing, the Van was in fantastic shape and super clean, as we left it very close to that shape too out of respect. As for recommending to a Friend, maybe. We would tell the truth if one asked about how very well we were treated by that Staff member and the great shape of the vehicle too. I understand that we had to pay for gas used first day and second day as we used it for very short time first afternoon as we were turned back by highways trying to get to Port, road was closed due to winds.i came back to the office in tears due to being turned around with my sofa in it and my best Buddy just died so was feeling vulnerable. Your staff member gave me a big hug and calmed me assuring we could have it for next day and the day charge for first would not be charged. Talk about sweet! I do think the fees are quite high. So gave a lower rating. Maybe that’s how expensive it costs you too tho. Not sure.

Don EI try to only rent from this location. When the reservation and booking system was down they worked with me to get some of what I needed. The location I was punted to did nothing but shrug shoulders. What can uhaul do?? Get some freaking redundancy for your system. In this day and age to shut down the country is inexcusable unless hackers took over, then improve security or news flash PAPER as backup solution. It doesn't always need a computer, we did it for years without. Thank you.

Cliffoird TI had a reservation for a 20 foot so that I could move which could only happen during a certain window of time, I had previously booked a 20 foot for. Showed up and they didn’t have any trucks at all. Wasn’t their fault, they managed to pull some strings and get me a 10 foot. Gave me a bit of a break as I had to make multiple trips with the smaller truck. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and did all that they could to get me on the road. Kudos to them given the circumstances.
Reid MCease requiring a guarantor. Improve your system to speed up the process. Correct the errors on your website re:opening days/hours - it says closed Sunday/Monday
