ERNEST KChange your policy so that you can rent the same vehicle 2 days in a row, instead of having to rent a van one day at one location and then having to travel down to the next U-Haul to rent for a second day. I understand your algorithm, but it really does amount to nonsense when the U-Haul locations are within 5 minutes of each other. That was very annoying and inconvenient for the customer, it should be about customer experience and not merely parameters of making every dollar possible at the inconvenience to the customer
