The service was excellent. The person I dealt with picking up the truck was excellent. The yard was easy to get around, organized and clean. The truck ran well and did the job I needed done. I will be back.

We ordered 2 furniture dollys and got an email the morning of that they did not have them which was stressful as we are from the mainland and moving my grandmother's stuff that passed away. Fortunately the staff were lovely and went out of their way to find some for us. We also did not know that the back door did not lock, nor did it come with a lock for us. We also did not know there would be 0 straps in the truck to load things and secure them. We had to go and get a lock from homedepot at 9pm on our way back from the ferry. So as nice as the people were at this location the whole process was quite stressful and uhaul didnt prepare help prepare us. Fairly disappointed in that but the truck itself was fine.

Karen LThe location was easily accessed, and the trailer was clean and ready. The staff was less than cordial. The other issue I have is that we were not told at the time of booking that we may not be able to get it at the location closest to us. We had to drive over an hour to pick up the car hauler.

BRADFORD BStaff was very helpful and courteous. On the other hand, the online app for taking pictures of damage is useless. Try to take a closeup pic and it all goes to hell. Do better uhaul.com

DOUGLAS GWayne was very helpful setting up the order for one of their auto transports. It was ready for me when I arrived, we hooked it up and away I went. This is a great auto transport. Easy to load a car onto it and easy to pull.

RICHARD LLocation in parkville didn't fill the oil and it was running rough for more then half the drive until I added oil to it, it made the trip an extra 5+ hours due to how rough it ran up or down any hills, and I was driving through bc so that's all it is and it made it so I had to get a hotel and get to my destination a day late, next time make sure the location actually adds oil to the truck or install a dip stick so you can actually check those things

LESLIE KExcellent! The staff called about missing equipment after because the Vancouver staff hadn't removed the equipment that wasn't available from my reservation, but the Parksville staff member was very understanding and resolved the issue for me.
Addison NIt was arranged that the Truck would be feturned by me at 9pm. I was given a code to get through the gate. I was there by 8:30 pm to drop it off. I washed it before returning it and filled the gas tank. The code was incorrect. There was an intercom button nothing. . I honked my horn because. a light was on in the building upstairs. Maybe security or maintenance. I thought maybe I was at the wrong gate. I went further up the road and made a left nothing. I honked the horn again in front of the builing a few times for help...but the light was turned off. Please call me at 1 250-927-0991. I took the truck back in the morning before opening. The staff thought it was no big deal. I would like to talk to a Manager. I was upset..and inconvienienced when I couldn't get my own vehicle out of locke up. I had early morning plans.

GERALD VMy rental was specifically a size 10’ due to extra expenses if any larger, I am grateful this location had what I needed but I had to travel 150km there and back to pick it up, they covered the kms on hula truck but I had to hire someone to take me there , added expense I didn’t need

RICHARD HOvercharged by approx $125 for 1day cargo van rental. Location promised ( on 2 occasions) that I would not be charged for 2day rental when unit was returned after hours & would be provided with advertised “lowest price guarantee” neither of which happened. I provided feedback by email when “final “ invoice was received but no response to date. Called pick up location who said didn’t know why 2day rental happened or wasn’t provided with “lowest price guarantee “ both of which are responsibility of UHaul c/service & told me to call them. When U-Haul C/service was Called they said it’s the responsibility of the pick up location to administer? Still no resolution, credit card has been overcharged & waiting for a Regional Mgr to contact me back
